bedroom + mustard yellow + feng shui

My original plan with this post was to figure out how to design the bedroom of the apartment we will hopefully be moving into. It has mustard yellow walls, and I was just going to post pictures with said walls, but I went on an all-things-yellow-and-some-things-that-have-absolutely-no-yellow tangent. I forgot some of the feng shui rules with a few things, then tried to eliminate some of the things that went against feng shui... even if it does, it still inspires something and all things can be altered.

Important bedroom feng shui tips:
No mirrors facing the bed.
All things in pairs.
Garnets and rubies on the night stands or hanging above; rose quartz.
Something red on the woman's side, copper on the man's side.
Avoid water element.
No flowers that are dried, fresh cut, or live plants; artificial flowers sometimes acceptable.
Bathroom must not be visible from the bed.
Bed must be off the floor with nothing hidden under it.
Warm and skin tone colors
Dominant yin energy.
Images should depict things you desire in life.
Foot of the bed must not face a door.
